Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
Digital products, gift cards, downloadable content, food items, perishable goods, opened personal care products, and items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Email returns@effortlessbuystore.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. After approval, we'll arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days where pickup service is available.
Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing accessories may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
Since we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds are processed using the refund method communicated by our support team. Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.
